Hi {{first_name | there}},

ChatGPT can see now.

Upload a screenshot of your latest ad or landing page and you get an outside first impression in about a minute.

It's the one thing you can't give yourself after staring at your own work.

Here are five ways to use that on your visual marketing.

  PLAY OF THE DAY

Show AI your visuals instead of describing them

Whenever you're working on something visual, upload the image to ChatGPT or Claude instead of typing out a description. A screenshot of your page, your latest ad or a draft design is enough. Words lose most of what makes a visual work, so let the AI look at the real thing.

Ask what stands out. With the image uploaded, ask what it notices first, what grabs attention and what gets lost. You get a read from outside your own head. Paste this under the image:

Look at this landing page. Tell me the first thing you notice, what grabs attention most, and what is easy to miss. Then tell me what you think the page wants a visitor to do.

Swap "landing page" for "ad" or "email header" to match what you uploaded.

Study your competitors. Upload a competitor's homepage, ad or landing page and ask for a breakdown of their messaging, their design choices and what they put first. It's visual competitive research in seconds. Ask it this:

This is a competitor's homepage. Break down their main message, who it seems to be written for, their design choices, and what they emphasize most. Give me the answer as short bullets.

Pull data out of images. When numbers are stuck in a screenshot, a chart or a scanned document, let the AI read them so you don't have to retype or squint.

“Read this chart and put the numbers into a table I can paste into a spreadsheet.”

Pre-test before you launch. AI vision tools can predict where attention goes on a design, so your main message and call to action actually get seen. For a quick read before you reach for one, ask ChatGPT:

Look at this draft ad. Tell me the order a viewer's eyes will likely move across it, and whether the main message and the call to action are easy to see in the first few seconds. If they aren't, tell me what to change.

Within a month, showing AI your visuals should be a regular habit: feedback on your creative, a look at competitors, numbers pulled from images. Most marketers never point AI at their visuals, and those visuals are often what decides whether someone clicks.

  YOUR NEXT MOVE

Screenshot your latest ad or landing page, upload it to ChatGPT and paste the “what stands out” prompt from above. You'll have a first impression to react to in about a minute.
