Hi {{first_name | there}},
The report you rebuild every Monday can become a button.
Describe the task to Claude once, and it builds a small app your coworkers can run without you. They upload the data, press Run, and copy the result.
Here's the whole setup.
PLAY OF THE DAY
Turn a repetitive task into an app your team can run
Claude Opus 5.5 builds the app inside an Artifact, the panel that opens next to your chat. You describe the job once, and anyone on your team can run it after that.
Turn on the setting. Open Claude, go to Settings, then Capabilities, and switch on Code execution and file creation. Artifacts need it.
Start the app. Open Artifacts in the sidebar and choose Create new. Or stay in a normal chat and ask Claude to build you a custom interactive Artifact.
Give it a real example. Upload one real sample of the work: a CSV, a brief, a form, a checklist, or a finished version of the output you want. Claude then has something concrete to copy.
Describe the app. Here's a version for a weekly client update. Paste it into the chat:
Build a reusable internal app that turns a weekly campaign report into a client update. Let users upload or paste a CSV export of the campaign numbers, then automatically calculate the week-over-week change for each metric and write a short, plain-English summary. Add fields for client name and reporting week, a clear Run button, validation that catches missing inputs, and a Copy button for the finished update. Keep the interface simple for non-technical coworkers, and save each client's last settings between sessions.Swap in your own task, input and output. Keep the Run button, the missing-input check and the copy option. Ask for an export instead of Copy if you need a file.
Test it with real data. Run the whole flow once with real inputs: enter the data, press Run, read the result, edit it, export it.
Fix what breaks. Use the chat beside the Artifact to patch edge cases, add a button or change a field. If the app needs live data, ask Claude to connect a supported app such as Google Calendar, Asana or Slack.
Share it. Save the finished Artifact in your Artifacts tab and share it with your coworkers. They can run the same workflow without rebuilding it each time.
One build, and the whole team stops redoing the task by hand.
YOUR NEXT MOVE
Pick the task you repeat most, upload one real example of it to Claude, and paste the prompt above with your own task swapped in.
Finally, a Monday that doesn’t feel like one.
Imagine a Saturday where you're not catching up on the CRM you didn't touch all week.
HubSpot's new self-updating CRM doesn't wait for you to log back in. Friday's calls are already logged. The deal that needs a nudge Monday morning is already flagged. The automation you set up once keeps running without you thinking about it. None of it needed you over the weekend.
Customers are already seeing it pay off: 45% more deals closed. Finally, you start Monday caught up, not behind.
Until next time,
Chris, Bizziology AI
